1. Are your DVDs in PAL or NTSC format?
We are producing them in both formats. Currently, the Air Safaris DVD
is only available in PAL format for Australia, New Zealand and most of
Europe. We will shortly put out an NTSC version for North America and
Japan. If you are not sure which one you should order for your country,

2 . Will your DVD play on my computer?
Yes, they should work on your computer DVD player. However, please make
sure that your drive is a DVD drive, and not just a CD drive. Please contact
us if you have any problems, detailing the make of player.
3. Are they region free?
Yes, all our DVDs will be region free.
4. What sort of cameras do you use?
We use professional 3CCD digital cameras, the same brand as used by a
number of television stations in news gathering and other program production.
5 . Who does your editing?
Aero Videos is a professional video
editing and authoring production business. We specialise in the
aviation business sector, providing high quality work for
television and corporate clients. We are also carry out work for
other aviation video producers, including overseas.
6 . Can I buy your DVDs locally in a store?
At present, our DVDs are only being sold through our online store. However,
we expect to offer them for convenience through pilot and aviation stores.
7. I am a private pilot and would like to have a video of
my aircraft. Do you do that kind of work?

8. Will you produce any more Australian or New Zealand DVDs?
We are an Australian business with a love for New Zealand as well. You
