Please contact Outback Aviation Videos first if you wish to return your order.
Orders returned unopened will be replaced with another title or the cost of
the DVD. If the DVD has already been opened, it cannot be returned.
Return postage is at the expense of the customer.
For damaged goods or if you have problems playing your DVD, please contact
us before returning the goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to
order the correct PAL or NTSC version. We have provided a
link for you to check. If there is a problem with your DVD and you report
it within 30 days, we will endeavour to replace it with another of the same
title.

All items are shipped within 48 hours or less. They are mailed in a crush-proof box and sent by airmail. |
